THE STRUCTURE

Our Bed & Breakfast

The Bed and Breakfast "Cozy House Livorno" is situated just a few steps away from the city center, Villa Maria Library, the Hospital and the Central Station. Therefore, it enjoys a strategic location, as it′s reachable from any destination and close to traditional local restaurants, where guests can savor delicacies such as "Cacciucco" or "Livornese Ponce" and also to historical pizzerias for "5 and 5".
The property has four welcoming rooms, all equipped with free Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

THE ROOMS

It is a very quiet triple room equipped with a large wardrobe, desk, lights, tastefully chosen furnishings, a TV, and free Wi-Fi. It also has a private bathroom and a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard.
QUARZO
The Quartz room is a triple room (one double bed and one single bed) tastefully furnished and very comfortable, with a shared bathroom that′s well-equipped and convenient.
DIASPRO
It is a tastefully furnished double room. It is equipped with all amenities and a comfortable and elegant shared bathroom designed by high-level designers.
ZAFFIRO
The Sapphire room is a cozy quadruple room (one double bed and two single beds) with a shared bathroom equipped with all amenities.

BREAKFAST

The owner of the B&B is the friendly and bright Mariangela. With passion and dedication, she has managed to provide her guests with a welcoming and homely atmosphere, ensuring cleanliness in all areas and attention to the smallest details. In the morning, she loves to chat with her guests at breakfast at the kitchen table, giving valuable advice on places to visit or events not to be missed.

SERVICES

The friendly staff is available to guests for all types of services, upon request and for a fee, including: taxi service, car rental booking, external laundry service, ticket office for city exhibitions or tickets for canal tours. Payments are accepted by credit card or cash. Pets are allowed.
BOAT TRIPS-BOAT RENTAL
It is possible to choose from various proposed trips and excursions, or to rent a boat.
BEACH UMBRELLA AND SUNBEDS
We have an agreement with "La Spiaggetta di Quercianella"
TAXI CONVENTION
